EVERYTHING!! I would give higher ratings if I could! This hotel was first-rate from top to bottom. The manager and his entire staff were INCREDIBLE! in the breakfast room were Staffabsolutely AWESOME :0)
Negatives:
Our only disappointment was that the fire pit by the pool was not working, and the spa was not working during our stay :0( This, however, did not detract from our overall satisfaction with the hotel and the enjoyment of our trip!

The reception staff were two young girls who maintained they could not stop children running up and down outside our room at 10pm at night. When we asked to speak to a manager, one of the reception staff rang her and out it on speaker. The mangers response on picking up the phone was Why are you calling me at 10pm at night?. She later apologised, one of the receptionists told my husband to calm down, and people were smoking cannabis in the lobby after wed been asked to sign an agreement to not smoke in the building. We were moved to a superior room, right by the ice machine which had notices on it to NOT turn it off and a protective cover on the electrical plug to prevent guests from turning the noisey machine off. We paid over three hundred dollars for this roomand the poor attitude of the rude receptionists, who wouldnt even let me hold the phone during my conversation with the manager, so I had to shout my complaints loudly over the counter. Ive had better customer care in forty dollar hostels
