Positives:
Setting was nice and peaceful. It was out of season and only a few guests. Staff was helpful and cordial. We were able to check out later than 11 am. The lake is beautiful.
Negatives:
Room was smaller than expected. Could have been cleaned a little better. There was dust on the headboard and other areas. Price paid was too high for the amenities provided.

Comfortable room with good standard of cleanliness and air conditioning. Decent shower. Vending machines for snacks and drinks. Beautiful lake to enjoy - we had a morning swim which was lovely. Manager was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Selected a "mountain view" room on booking.com, but our room faced the car park. Not really an issue, as we went and sat by the beautiful lake instead. It was a last minute booking, so understandable that availability may be limited. Some rooms do look over the lake and have a lovely view. The welcome from the young lady on reception wasn't the warmest, and there was a small mistake on the charges, though the manager sorted this promptly and was extremely welcoming and friendly. No restaurant.

Under new management which is great. Julian really took care of us. After we were checked in he would see us hanging out by the lake and always ask hey! Are you guys ok? Need anything? There was a vowel renewal this weekend so lots of people buzzing around which was fun to watch! The lake was beautiful, the room was clean. We had a great time!
Negatives:
The lounge chairs could use an upgrade, the ice machine needs a new metal handle (the plastic one broke) the compressor to fill the rafts is broken. Place needs a few minor upgrades and a couple more people working there. But Im confident Julian can make that work!
