Positives:
The front office staff was super friendly and very helpful! The hotel was really nice and clean. Great location for our trip. Highly recommend! Cannot stress enough how great the staff is!!
Negatives:
The only thing lacking in this hotel is a small store where you can buy personal items that you may have forgotten at home. The only complaint I have id the cost of the breakfast. A little pricey. Other than that though, we loved staying here.

We called 24 hours in advance to cancel one of our rooms but were unable to because there was no manager to help us. When we arrived we were told that would still get charged the room even if we didn't use it.

door had a large gap that allowed a lot of light from the hallway into the room. Also gap was so large u could see through it n could see the carpet in the hallway.

For a 3-star hotel, it is clean, accessible, and well-kept. It also has a lot of features like the pool, hot tub, and fitness center.
Negatives:
Most hotels in this class offer a free breakfast (even a continental breakfast). At this one there is a very expensive buffet breakfast (and the price in the paper at check-in was wrong).

Close to the park, close to restaurants, gas stations, coffee shop, freeway. It was very convenient!

I didnt like the body lotion and hand soap being exposed and could possibly tampered with. I prefer small travel size ones just for me and not for me to have to share with everyone that stays in that particular room. I understand it has to do w/ costs.
