The property was nice and clean, the best part was the breakfast area. It was nice and organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The part that I disliked the most was being next-door to another hotel guest with dogs. The dogs barked every time we came in and out of our room. They barked all night. I dont know If I would stay at another hotel that allows animals. The dogs were too loud. That was the only part that we disliked about staying there

They informed me they would be holding $75 for incidentals but they held an additional $350 that they did not inform me about. The breakfast was a mess, they were not restocking the various hot items quick enough. Lastly the light/key card situation was very inconvenient and I did not like the motion detection light in the bathroom, the light would shut off while I was taking a shower.

The location and an interaction with an employee. There was a situation that threatened the safety of my family & other guest of the hotel that she addressed the day after. I was appreciative of her but had issues with the staff.
Negatives:
There was a $34.88 adjustment that should have been fixed but the staff did not correct even with the quote being in writing. The manager hasnt replied to my email or note left at front desk. Poor service.

1) Room clean up service is not daily it is only for every 4th day. 2) same people in front desk are doing breakfast service- so food at breakfast are not replenished quickly. if you call front desk at this time -you won't get anyone to take phone call.

Extremely loud, rooms were far from sound proof, my kids couldn't sleep all night.
