Positives: Comfortable beds and big rooms
Negatives: We were there 3 nights and never cleaned the room or give us fresh towels even though I said yes at the front desk and talked to a cleaning lady. We ended up staying another night and that was the day they cleaned the room as I talked to the manager.

Negatives: Elevators not near check in office walk around the outside to get to elevators that are half ways between the pool and office. Needs viewable signs to guide traffic towards back of hotel for check in.

Negatives: Some strange woman knocked on my door around 10:30 PM and whispered for some mans name. She was doing the same to the units on either side of me? Kinda scary.

Positives: Shower and house keeping great, day shift staff very polite.
Negatives: Front desk work at night/overnight had no customer device skills, very rude no matter how polite you try to be, refuse to let us use lobby restroom stating it was over flooding and that there is no other restroom to use in lobby. He refused to take my card from my hand and so I placed it down, and instead of him handing my card back to me he placed it on the counter. Like I he was disgusted by my daughter and I. He was an older guy whom wore glasses and appeared of Asian or philipino descent. He kept his badge turned around so that I did not see his name. I asked for manager and he said its too late to call her. Also this location does not take Apple Pay. I refuse to stay here again mostly because of this night employee. I do appreciate the the laundry lady who gave me extra pillows and towels to make my room more comfortable, she was sweet as pie. The night shift guy needs to learn to be more approachable, especially for females travelers at night, really just any traveler would feel uncomfortable with him.
