Negatives:
Beds were lumpy, duvet and cover smelled like sweat and were limp. Not crisp clean and fresh. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall, it had hardwood floors not carpet, water came out of the shower, refrigerator didn't keep food cool enough, sink in the bathroom would not drain properly, had to wiggle the stopper several times, the door stop on the wall behind the door fell off. I knew my room wouldn't be good by the front desk person. I looked a mess after moving all day and had my 2 yr old grandson with me. If I were in my normal business attire I believe I would have had a nicer room. Or maybe it was not me, but the fact I had a 2 yr old. I still felt devalued. Oh and ice machine had some debris in it that was never cleaned.
