The itinerary said check in ANYTIME after 3pm. The staff was rude and told me that they didnt have to let me into a room until 6pm. I booked rooms across the street at the HyattI highly recommend booking there instead.

The cleanliness left something to be desired. Stained furniture all over the lobby and my room. Splatter stains on the headboard and nightstand. The room felt disgusting. USB outlets were broken, as was the Guide function on the TV.
