Not much of anything. The room was fine.

I felt like nobody wanted to work. We arrive at 9, exhausted after driving for 13 hours. It’s “pet friendly” but there not grass for my dog to go to the bathroom. I tried ordering food at 930 and nobody would answer the room service line. I called downstairs and they said yeah sorry they aren’t taking orders. Okay so why is there a sticker in the room that says room service until 10? Nobody cared. Just ridiculous for how much I paid. And $47 for parking on top of that!

Toilet didn’t work , they sent a worker to fix it. He came and fixed it and it worked for two more flushes. I had to take off the back personally and mess with it when using the toilet. Bed was not comfortable at all.
