The location was very convenient to get around town and to get in and out of town too. The indoor pool was very nice for adults and kids.
Negatives:
The room view was bad. Overlooked a power plant. Would only stay again with city side view.

Positives:
Easy to drive to and good location walkable to local restaurants and places of interest. Very clean and friendly staff. Coffee station in the morning was a plus.

Only valet parking. The valet was quick and easy but we prefer to self park.

The réception was terrible. I prepaid my stay on Booking.com 6 weeks in advance, but they wanted me to repay. When I flagged the mistake, they were not willing to help and clarity the situation with Booking, and it took 1 hour for me at the phone with booking customer care to explain and complete the check in. At check out the reception didn't want to prepare me the invoice, and still didn't get any document to submit to my company accounting dept.

Super comfortable room. The staff was great and fast giving solutions. The place is easy to get too and close to everything if you want to walk or take buses/trains. The views are pretty good too!

FRONT DESK PERSONNEL DID NOT MAKE A VERY PROFESSIONAL IMPRESSION AND LACKED PROVIDING NECESSARY INFORMATION. THEY TOLD US THE WRONG PRICE (HIGHER), DID NOT GACE INFORMATION THAT VOUCHERS ARE NEEDED FOR BREAKFAST, ETC.
MAYBE NEXT TIME TRY TO BE LESS HIPSTERISH AND MORE PROFESSIONAL.
AND PLEASE DISPLAY THE CORRECT PRICES FOR PARKING. THIS IS REQUIRES SIMPLY A PRINT OUT AND CAN BE DONE IN A MINUTE.
