Uncontrolled pets barking in the room next to ours. Dogs allowed in the breakfast room and passing wind (gas), we had to leave our food. Owners also allowed them to sit on the chairs in the reception area . I suggest that pet owners have a dedicated area in the breakfast room or they should grab and go. I reported each of these things to reception but was told that my suggestions were difficult to implement... it seems that the dogs have the upper hand !!
I might add that many pet owners behaved appropriately. I have sent feedback to the hotel and await a response..... it may take some time

ALL of the staff (front desk, valet, dining, housekeeping, even the bartender) from check-in to check-out were exceptional.
Negatives:
I do wish the room had queen size beds. Full-size, when sharing with other than a partner, is a little close for comfort.

The bathroom was not well cleaned. There wasn’t any trash can in the room, despite asking. My parents room had the bathroom sink completely clogged.
