Hotel was wonderful. The Room was spacious. Comfortable bed. It came with a full size fridge and kitchen area with intensils if you wish to use. Room was well thought out. View of the city was great. Was really close to the convention centre and the area surrounded by shopping and great restaurants.

The Valet charge for overnight was $60 and we asked specifically to have our rented F-150 lighting charged or we might not make it to the Airport. We got lucky and had 10 miles left on it when we got back to our rental! We asked the Valet Specifically we needed it charged and was confirmed several time it would be taken cared of

Uncontrolled pets barking in the room next to ours. Dogs allowed in the breakfast room and passing wind (gas), we had to leave our food. Owners also allowed them to sit on the chairs in the reception area . I suggest that pet owners have a dedicated area in the breakfast room or they should grab and go. I reported each of these things to reception but was told that my suggestions were difficult to implement... it seems that the dogs have the upper hand !!
I might add that many pet owners behaved appropriately. I have sent feedback to the hotel and await a response..... it may take some time

I do wish the room had queen size beds. Full-size, when sharing with other than a partner, is a little close for comfort.
