The staff,security, valet and all the staff working the breakfast area were amazing., they were all super busy!!! But still took the time to get what we needed.

When I booked it said free parking. When I got there I had to pay 52 dollars a night. It was just st an unexpected charge.
Positives:
Friendly and helpful staff, included breakfast was surprisingly great, the location is ten minutes from everything, but most importantly is free parking which is hard to find in Denver.
Negatives:
The cooler in our room wasn't working but we didn't need it so we didn't report it. If we had, knowing the staff, they would have solved it right away.

Positives:
Location is good. A 15 minute walk to Union Station, plenty of restaurants and close to downtown areas
Negatives:
Staff is not very competent. 4th day there, a maintenance man unlocked my door & just walked into my room (I had a do not disturb sign) while I was inside. Told me mgmt told him to bring remote control to my room (non-emergency). Unreal.
