Hello I reported to the front desk on the huge big sound when using the shower . My partner had to wake up from sleep from the huge sound as if someone is drilling . It was so bad

We had a running toilet that we had to keep reaching in and adjusting the flap. Told downstairs personnel about it on first night of 4 that we stayed there, had to remind them again on the 2nd night. Wrote it down with several other issues in the room and gave to them on the morning of the third day. We said we would be out all day and they said the toilet would be fixed. Got back and the toilet ran again after flushing. We called downstairs and maintenance man came and fixed it. He said someone changed the flapper but never adjusted it afterwards. We had a light out and asked for more kleenex too. Got neither. Expensive hotel but front desk personnel do not communicate and follow through issues. We told 3 different people. They would not discount us because we booked through booking.com.
