Negatives:
Lost my phone and was told it wasnt found . Drove all the way back to dillon 2 hours both way . Asked the front desk if my phone had been located and was told no . Also was told the rooms were occupied so they couldnt go check for it . Proceeded to walk down the hallway and was pinging my phone and could hear it ringing down the hall . Noticed housekeeping grabbing the ringing phone out of her bag and took it in the room they were cleaning . I walked over and asked house keeping if they had my phone when they came out of the room and one of the ladies said I dont understand and the other one walked past us with the phone and proceeded to walk and turn it into the front desk . As i walked up there to get my phone I asked the front desk lady why the cleaning lady had my phone in her purse and all she could say is im not sure but thats not ok . So I almost lost a 1800.00 phone , lost out 5 hours of my work day and 80 dollars in gas . Thats not acceptable wish i could get a refund for my 3 day stay . I visit dillon and will never return here chances are if you think you lost something it was probably stolen as well!!

When we walked in the room we were greeted with the overwhelming smell of carpet cleaner. The carpet was wet. The smoke alarm was completely covered with tape. We opened our window and a maintenance guy came in and told us we couldn't open the window!

Interior decor was dated. The wall mounted heating unit was incredibly loud. You could here people in adjoining rooms. The shower was ear piercing loud and the water temperature was difficult to regulate.
