Bath towels were not clean, it appears that someone else used them to clean their fur friends and thats what we got. Terrible

Even though it was brief...

The breakfast was not selected to be good for the client but easy for the chef.
Negatives:
We were told that there would be complimentary drinks and cookies daily. We did NOT see them at anytime during our stay.

The Breakfast was wonderful each day. We stayed 3 total and each was different. Custom cooked.

The only thing we didn't care for was having to be at Breakfast at an early time with only a 1/2 hour window at 8 AM. We are on vacation and would prefer a longer time to get to breakfast since it is a custom breakfast.

QUIET. LOTS TO DO 10 MI. FROM "HOTEL"

Although the weather was a little on the cold side, the hotel experience was great. The breakfast served was excellent.

Everything was very enjoyable.

A non-issue item, just a note we weren't aware of, was that while we arrived to check in around 1:30, check-in time was posted on a sign from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. A call to the facility was not answered so while touring the area we had to watch the time since we didn't want our room given to someone else. Due to a not so busy week day, all was well.
