Staff was friendly, good location, comfortable beds
Negatives:
Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and bedding didn’t appear to have been changed. Stopped by front desk to ask that it be cleaned while we went to dinner. Came back and they offered us towels but hadn’t cleaned the bathroom or changed bedding. We asked for a new room and were moved after a bit of a wait. Normally, some sort of comp is offered for the inconvenience but not here.

The fire alarm went off in the whole place at 5:20am..it took a bit to get it off but concerned us as we didn’t know if it was a false alarm or something was really wrong. Staff said they’d had problems with it going off randomly for the last TWO YEARS!!! Fix it already!

A newer La Quinta. They're more or less all the same. Can't go wrong with the newer ones but have to be very careful with the older ones. I guess it all depends on the management.
