Property and room were great. Clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
Credit card was charged 3 times for the room plus incidentals. The incidentals and two of the room charges have since dropped off but staff was unable and unwilling to tell me why. Desk person was a middle aged man who wore a Patrick Star (Sponge Bob) pin as a name tag. I was told to take my belongings and leave when I questioned why he would have a Childs toy as a nametag. No effort or interest whatsoever to help me get to the bottom of my concerns.

The facilities are aged and show it, the bed was just awful. The staff was very good and desk management was extremely helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
The bed, the pool was closed half of my stay (two days) one of my mornings the egg omelettes were ice cold when breakfast opened. The breakfast lady worked hard.
