After the worst travel day possible the staff made the end of the day so effortless and easy. It was such a blessing to end the day with the nicest staff. Your kindness was much appreciated.

That you can only pay cash for snack/drinks in the lobby. Everything else was great. No complaints from us at all. You guys are doing a great job.

The bathroom was really small. The vanity area is separate so if you are getting ready, there is really no way to do that without disturbing everyone else on the room.

It was very dirty and smelled bad. There is mold and a strong, overpowering stench in the hallways,gym and elevator. Like a dead animal rotting in the wall. There are questionable guests who seem like residents that appear to be drug addicts? Super noisy

The private bedroom suite is priced right and works well if you are traveling with kids and want to have a little alone time with the wife. The breakfast is very good and has quite a bit of variety. The staff was friendly. The room is good sized but a bit dated.
Negatives:
The location is right beside the interstate and so there is some traffic noise especially noticeable late at night. The window in our room faced the interstate, so it was louder than had there been an insulated wall. The bathroom ventilation is not great either. There was only one TV remote in the room and we had a TV in the common area and the bedroom. Fortunately the TV remote worked for both TVs, but it was aggravating to switch between both rooms. Lastly, the first desk clerk we checked in with messed up our room key cards and we got all the way to our 3rd floor room with our luggage on the other side of the property and found out none of our key cards worked, so we had to leave our luggage there and get that straightened out. The 2nd clerk handled it and it was fixed fairly promptly.
