It was clean evening front desk clerk was very nice .
Negatives:
We were stuck on the 3rd floor due to elevator not working for that floor . My husband is a disabled vet and I was not able to carry my suite case. Front desk told me the maintenance man would come help us. We waited and finally had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs to get to an appointment on time.

I couldnt even stay there I booked through booking.com paid in advance I didnt have my card physically with me and the girl at check in didnt let me check in without a card had my husbands card with me and wouldnt take it for accidentals I had Apple Pay and had a picture of my card but still couldnt check in lost all that money and had to go stay at the Fairfield in im a Hilton honors and I was really disappointed
