The location was perfect, we were very close to Red Rocks Amphitheater. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good,. If you love cereal they have you covered with 9 varieties! The hot options were also good.

I didn't like that my room had no chair or place to sit at all other than the bed.

There was no hot water. Forced to take an ice cold shower. Front desk said totally unacceptable but no remedy and no response from hotel to make this right.

The small touches added to the stay, like the painted bricks on the building and dinosaur fossils , to the giant chess board.
The upkeep seemed exceptional from the pool to the overall cleanliness.
Negatives:
There were a few worn items in our room. From the tv stand starting to break, to the microwave that didn't fully work
The 2 queen size beds seemed small and the room was small for four of us

Clean and close your Red Rocks. I made a mistake on the date of reservation and called to switch less than 24 hours out and they accommodated my change. Thankful for that.

Parking was limited and they seemed to have added some cheap, colorful decorations to the lobby area?

We liked the fact that the front desk gave us the refund we requested upon finding the location was below standard.
Negatives:
First of all, our original booked room was said to have a hot tub when, in actuality, it was just an oversized tub with jets....NO HOT TUB, stop advertising it this way because it's misleading! The front desk was easy enough to work with; however, they were not forthcoming regarding cable television services for the night of our stay. Upon arriving at the room and trying the TV, we discovered there, in fact, were no cable television services. Then the thing that really drove home our dissatisfaction was my husband logging into his mobile banking app to find not one, but four times when Booking.com had attempted to charge his card, in excess of the actual cost of the room, twice the amount to be exact. How are you going to blatantly put people in bad situations by taking more than what is owed? Thank God, my husband's bank had the notion to decline all four of those $255 charges. He had paid the night auditor for the price of the room at the location as per your app states, the consumer pays in full at the location. We will never again use your app or your website, and neither will we refer any of our friends or family to use your services based on the financial aspect of our dissatisfaction alone. In these days and times when prices continue to rise, placing ever-daunting strain on the American middle-class consumer, it is very troubling to see such careless consideration for our health, wealth, and well-being.
