The price is excellent for such a well maintained and managed hotel.
Negatives:
The staff and the vast majority of all of the guests were great! Unfortunately, due to their excellent prices they had a couple of what seemed like homeless folks staying there, which in-and-of-itself isn't a problem but when they're drunk and wandering halls, that's another thing. Let me stress I never felt unsafe I just didn't feel like being dragged into a drunken conversation every time I walked by certain rooms.
