The beds were uncomfortable so didn't get a good sleep. Room was a bit small. Wish we knew about the road construction in the area before booking.

The front desk staff were all very helpful. Our party was tired about 6+ hours of travel and because of a computer update we had to wait longer than normal at check in. It wasn't the front desk's fault, and we were given a room upgrade. Every person we spoke with was friendly. The room was clean, smelled fine, and we had enough space.
Negatives:
I wish it was easier to get to the RDT but that's up to city of Denver, not the hotel.

We didn't have heat in our room , called the front desk several times to report this but no answer, there was also a blood stained comforter on our bed, it was so cold we had to use the extra blankets from the closet. I don't I'll be returning any time soon

Sams was super nice and had great customer service.

There was some annoying guests that didnt take care of their kids and they were running around all night but not the hotels fault. It was just very difficult to sleep.Kids were knocking at our door and playing around.
