Positives:
One thing stands out in my mind. The staff, in general, was polite and professional. One one of the desk staff members, Kay, went up and beyond to make our stay most comfortable. My wife and I both wanted to use our laptops at the desk in the room. There was only one chair in the room. We asked a staff member if we could somehow get another chair to use. She told us she would try. After dinner we had not heard from the desk so we inquired again and were told "no chairs are available". Kay overheard the conversation and asked for our room number. Within 5 minutes, Kay was at out room door with a chair for us. This is the kind of service that stands out. This is what takes things from good to great.
