Negatives: FD staff angry for me maybe he is racist

Negatives: Staff at front desk was helpful but short and very rude during Check in . The following morning the lady at the front desk was extremely rude insulting Flat out just nasty and very unpleasant to deal with. I had paid in cash and had put a 100 dollar deposit down. Apone check out we found that my wife's acrylic ( water based) Paint had split on the desk I apologized to staff and informed them it was a water based acrylic Paint my wife being an artist I am no stranger to clean up craft materials including paint . I offered to clean the desk and show the lady at the front desk that it was a water based Paint that would easily wipe off . At this point the woman attending the front desk Became very hostile telling me not to touch the split Paint that it would ruin the desktop And I would be charged for it. At this point maintenance personnel entered the room and easily removed the spilt Paint with a wet rag.. this made the front desk woman very angry As she began to pull the bedding and linens off the bed and loudly informed me that she was thoroughly inspecting every piece of bedding and every inch of the room for any Paint Damage.finding nothing further except a small wash rag with blue water based acrylic Paint On the corner of rag she deducted 10 dollars from the deposit and told me it would be washed and come back to retrieve the 10 dollars later if the rag came clean.

Negatives: This was not a pet friendly facility, also bad customer service services

Negatives: No elevator, room was on the third floor. Stairs were falling apart and paint peeling off the ceilings. Over powering smell of fabuloso throughout the building. There was a hole in the floor in our room under the carpet. I tripped over it and fell pretty hard

Negatives: Inside room is cleane

Negatives: Breakfast consisted of refrigerated pastry and nearly cold coffee. Noisy other guests.

Negatives: We found a pair of dirty underwear (male) in our bed and asked to be refunded and they said that we would be contacted by management and it never happened.
