The smoking rooms have holes and dirt all over the comforters from seeing the room it looks like they font need use new linen. We tried to get new blankets and they said they keep no new ones on hand.

Worker at the front desk made in a difficult check in. Room was dirty ceiling tile was falling down. There was hair in the corner of the room.

The location was best for me considering that it was right in between Hartford CT and Springfield MA.
Negatives:
My room lacked standard accomodations such as a fridge, microwave,an iron or even a draw to put stuff. The bathtub disgusted me. The drain was black like mold and didn't smell well. Fruit flies hovered over the drain.
