Unfortunately, I left 2 clothing items on the hook in the bathroom.. I made several calls that evening and a few more the following morning before the issue was resolved: the items were thrown out. VERY disappointing! Should have gone to Lost&Found!

I had to request anything I wanted for the room: bedding for the sofa bed, coffee maker. They did not have do not disturb tags for the door so had to ask for no maid service.

Room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. Felt dirty and uncomfortable.

Nice area, very calm and tranquil.The room had a kitchen and additional appliances could be asked for. The size of the room was great since it fit a whole kitchen in there. The bathroom was also good.

The room was quiet, clean, and fully accessorized. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. All staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient.

The "breakfast", such as it was, was a "grab-and-go" arrangement which only included coffee/tea, instant oatmeal, and pre-packaged muffins. Addition of a true (small) cafe with hot meal options would be perfect!

Overall, very satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The hotel's location is especially convenient for visiting the UCONN Health Academic Campus and hospital complex. While it is an older property with dated decor, it is very well-maintained. The front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful. I had to leave early so didn't experience the breakfast.

The hotel is partially hidden from street view by trees, and I drove past it by mistake.
