Positives:
The property location was close to stores and restaurants and not far from Mystic which was the purpose for my trip. The staff were friendly and helpful but when I inquired of getting cleaning supplies to clean my room better, could not speak English and they said the room was clean.

Upon first checking in and heading to my room to use the bathroom before bringing in my luggage..I was met my a guest that hit on me and said so you’re here to party. He kept trying to get my phone number or give me his as he lived there. That made me feel quite uncomfortable as a single female traveler. The room was not clean and had hairs in the bathtub and on towels and the top bedding did not look clean either. I went to the local Dollar Tree and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned myself and bought a blanket at TJMaxx. I covered the bed with a plastic shower liner and used that blanket as I was afraid with the poor condition of the room they’d have bed bugs, but no appearance of them…so that’s a plus.

The Check in lady was Rude to start the stay.
The Room Was Absolutely Disgusting!!!! The floors were filthy. Not swept or mopped.
The tub looked as if it hadnt had a good bleach/clorox cleaning ever.
The walls had stains! Toilet bowl was not properly bolted to the floor. No lock on bathroom door. Pillows smelled of smoke! And the blankets were riddled in cigarette burns!
The dining table provided in room was filthy with smears all over it! The nightstand had dirt and grime on and in the drawers.
Very outdated could use some TLC.
Wont be back. And its a shame this place used to be a nice clean place to stay.
