The room was incredibly large, probably double the size of most comparable hotel rooms. The staff were very accommodating even providing a snack for my elderly mother. The breakfast was very good and the always had coffee, tea and hot chocolate available.
Negatives:
If dog families could have resided on the first floor in their own area that would have been appreciated. There were a lot of dogs.

The location. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Our water was lukewarm in the shower. The bed was hard as a rock. And the refrigerator made a sound all night long that kept us awake. The breakfast was terrible. I don't think it was real sausage. The breakfast and gravy tasted like it was from a can. The egg Patty with the cheese inside was disgusting. The only thing edible was the oranges. And it smelled like dog hair in the lobby. Which is never a good. We definitely won't use this hotel again

Breakfast choices was very good. Hotel was clean and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows!
Negatives:
Room doors close very loud. We could hear the family in the adjoining room which usually is acceptable, however, not at 6:15 in the morning! Seems there’s no noise barrier or adequate sound-proofing between rooms. We did run the room fan all night to help drown out some of the guest foot traffic noise in the hallway. Because this property is conveniently located near all the family-friendly tourist attractions, you should expect there will be a lot of families with young children staying here.

Chlorine in pool was at an unsafe level. Booked this hotel specifically for the pool with 4 kids ( we booked two adjoining rooms). Couldn’t even stay in the pool area because my eyes were completely blood shot and burning after 5 minutes. Kids were leaving crying :( I complained to the staff there who were dismissive and could not have cared less. Could hear every footstep above us - all 459 dogs staying here barking etc etc. just skip this hotel
