Negatives: There were what looked like blood stains on the carpet.

Negatives: Horrible breakfast, and ice machine didnt work.

Negatives: When we received our room details we drove around the parking lot finally find parking no where near our room. As we were walking to our room we can see, smell and hear a room having a huge party. The smell of weed was horrible. I was traveling with my 16 year old daughter. Then we get to our room and it smelled really bad like wet dog and the carpet was nasty as it had black marks along through it. Then I go to use the bathroom flush the toilet and there is water flowing out from the handle and tank area. Had to call the front desk they did not have any maintenance on the grounds at this time so they sent the security guard who confirmed everything. So I had to follow the security guard to the front desk again and as we were walking we went by the party again. I ask him if they are going to do anything about the party and the smell. He then mentioned well they just won’t get there security deposit back. So long story short we get another room and we check the toilet and was fine. So now I have to move all of my stuff from the first room to the new room. Mind you it is now 11:45 pm at night. My dagger goes to take a shower the shower water is not going down. What a major last down. Call the front desk and he is very apologetic and says he will send the guest back. I had to tell him no because my dagger and I had to be up by 7:00 am the next day and needed sleep as well has just done 4 1/2 hours. I was do disjointed I asked for compensation and he said they don’t do that. Such a shame as I was hoping this would be a place I would being staying a lot in the future as my daughter will be attending University of New Haven.

Negatives: The rooms were old and dingy. The bathrooms were not clean (hair on the floor etc). The faucets all leaked (kitchen and bathroom). Everything needs a huge update. Breakfast was very limited.

Negatives: I’m sorry I mentioned what I didn’t like in the section it said what did I like so in this section I’m just gonna repeat what I didn’t like no I’m gonna put that what I did like the bed it was comfortable other than that the tallest seat was too low to the ground The room was dingy and needs some paint. They didn’t have any staff on other than the receptionist and it was only 10 o’clock at night for the pull out bed in the room.

Negatives: There was no microwave in my room which was really weird

Negatives: Advertisement is VERY MISLEADING!!! VERY OVERPRICED, was inconvenienced to go all the way back out in the rain to the ice machine located in Main Bldg & room had NO ICE BUCKET! Furniture and Appliances was dirty, old smelling unit, yellowish OUTDATED... nothing like the online pictures which were showing stainless steel, No extra stocked paper towels, our couch had some sort of goodish black mildewey stains, room was small did not look spacious as was shown in the online advertisement, the Breakfast was terrible. Very little quantity, no meat at all we asked and was told that bacon, sausage, etc was served Yesterday (Friday) shouldn't it be served Daily? Needs a lot of fixing. We did not get our money's worth at all. Ended up going to grab some food.

Negatives: I was raining and water was coming in on the floor from the bottom of the fireplace
