We booked a king bed room but were given a queen instead. It was late and we werent staying long so we didnt complain. The queen room is a little tight. But I like this hotels commitment to cleanliness so it is a pleasure to stay there while traveling

I was in need of a place to stay to do my training so it was close and convenient.
Negatives:
The room was not clean. There was sauce on the rug stains on the rug, in the hallway it smelled of urine, and the sink in the bathroom leaked every time you used it was very disappointing overall.

The front desk staff was very professional and welcoming. No matter the circumstance their level of hospitality was above and beyond. I really appreciated that level of service, so I say a great big Thank you!

The quality of care and cleanliness of the rooms was either not there or just insufficient. Also the exit doors did not allow guests card accessible re-entry especially if traveling with pets or kids.

customer service could not find our reservation, she became frustrated with us. Once we were able to prove we had a paid confirmation she told us she did not have a king bed instead she put us in a double bed room which was awful.

Overall cleanliness of the room, comfort of the bed, pillows, exercise area, great glass shower Loved the overall area, and a great night sleep.

I was locked out of my room at one point and it took the staff forever to get me back in my room. Almost missed a zoom meeting.

The staff at the front desk were courteous and attitudes were welcoming I liked that the rates were fairly reasonable for room. But for size think should be lower. I like the atmosphere and water is a nice touch! :). Overall, i like the hotel

My water did not work well in BR faucet so difficult to wash hands etc, the cleanliness of the room was not as good as last visit and there were staff loudly joking in Spanish, in the hall which was disruptive during rest. No ComplimentaryBreakfast

The room had one of each type of towel (washcloth, hand, bath). Never seen anything like that before. This hotel's rooms are supposed to contain workout equipment but it was not in my room. Front desk said guests have been stealing it. Terrible.
