Breakfast very good.
Negatives:
Apparently this location offers a discount to customers who have business at Stamford Hospital. We have used this hotel four times during hospital stays ... and have never been offered a discount even though we have made it known we were there for surgeries at the hospital. Is this only done for friends of the hotel manager?

Positives:
Due to full trains, broke up the journey here between Boston and NYC. Not really accessible without a car. Included breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Staff were not friendly or available, room was poorly lit and bed not very comfortable. Wifi was difficult to use. Would not return.

There was no cool air in our room. No one could give me a straight answer. Rooms get stuffy even when its cooler outside. I have never been to a hotel in my life that didnt offer cool air. The maintenance gentleman opened our windows which helped. But since we were in the back of the hotel it was very noisy. We didnt get much sleep. And we were there for our daughters dance competition in town so to say we were untested was an understatement.

Centrally located, easy walk to restaurants on Main St. Provided a pack n play for our little one to sleep in, which was convenient. Breakfast was ok, make your own waffle was the best part, but otherwise pretty standard.
Negatives:
It was so hot in the room. Thermostat seemed to never read lower than 75 degrees F even though we set it to 64 degrees F. Not sure what was going on, but it made sleep very uncomfortable.
