Absolutely nothing.
Negatives:
The hotel was dirty, super outdated and unsafe. The AC in the room is 100% a fore hazard and the bedding is insufficient. Super cold in the rooms. The room cards each only works once so you have to re-activate every day. I felt unsafe for the whole time.

They are not cleaning the room daily even you are staying 3 days and more. Also, the aircon/heater unit is noisy disturbing your sleep/rest.

The room is in loud noise once the heater unit is on running disturbing/distracting your sleep/rest. The room rate is too high having this issue. Rooms are for sleeping/resting quietly. Thanks.

It's right off the highway exit. Great diner attached to the hotel (not where you get the complimentary breakfast). Not a luxury hotel, but great if you need to be in the area and don't want to pay too much. Free parking.

Slow internet. The hallways are a little rundown, but the rooms are fine.

I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was always polite, pleasant and helpful.

We had to wait 5 hours and then 2 days for clean sheets. Tub is on a platform. Awkward bag carts, have to use ADA elevator for them.I wish there was more variety with the breakfast. The entrance to the lot is congested w/ diner traffic.

The bathroom was horrible. You could not take a bath because the piece did not work to run water. You could only take a shower. The toilet pieces where barely holding onto the wall, also the carpeting and furniture in the hotel needs to be updated.
