Positives: Although a little out of my way, this was by far the best LaQuinta I've ever stayed in. Clean, everything worked properly, staff was pleasant and gracious, breakfast area was neat, well stocked and clean and there was ample parking.

Negatives: When I arrived to the hotel after traveling all day, the woman at the front desk told me I didn’t have a reservation under my name. I showed her my confirmation email that I received from the hotel and she just dismissed it and said that I wasn’t in their system. She offered no way to help the situation and just told me to call the booking place I made the reservation so I could figure it out. After speaking in the phone with booking.com (who were completely supportive and pleasant) the customer service rep told me that the hotel should’ve contacted them to figure this out for me. Booking.com tried calling the hotel but they were not responsive. Finally, I asked the front desk clerk to call them as instructed. After another half hour, they were able to manually rebook my reservation and I received a room. It’s fair to say I will not be staying here again.
