Positives:
The hotel room itself was nice. It was clean and pretty updated. However, there was not a mirror outside of the bathroom, which was annoying.
Negatives:
First, the hotel overlooks a railroad intersection. In other words, there are trains coming and going all day and night..NOISY. The hotel even provides earplugs and a white noise machine to compensate. If you want a king sized bed, you will be on the train side of the hotel. Additionally, most of the employees are not friendly or helpful. The parking garage is not part of the hotel so you have to go outside to get to your car. Lastly, the hotel borders a very undesireable neighborhood. We didn't feel particularly comfortable arriving back to the hotel after dark. And there aren't many resources available in the area around the hotel (restaurants, shops, etc).

I loved the staff and the hospitality. Anything we asked for they were right there and they had a solution for all issues

It could have been cleaner. There was an old sock left in our bathroom which was really gross to be frank. The location was hard to find. No store in the hotel.

They requested $200 hold on my card, I didn’t know about that until we got to the hotel. They controlled the temperature of the room so it was cold in our room the whole time, asked to have the temperature up and the service guy was rude. Dinner made me sick. Bad location, staff was rude and I’ll never stay here.

Negatives:
Location Awful, right on top of the rail lines of Union station, Staff were rude and unhelpful. Room service menu could not be ordered from the TV. Food ordered by telephone failed to arrive. after being chased it arrived 15 mins later in cardboard boxes more akin to a takeout than a 4 star hotel in room dining.
No sleep due to the noise from the trains, a problem they are aware of as the room contained a white noise machine and ear plugs. Don't bother unless you are a train fanatic!
