Never Like to stay at a property where there are animals (dogs in this case). My souse is very allergic.

The hotel was clean.
Negatives:
No hot water on Sunday and Monday. There was an older white lady at the check in that was not nice responding to my questions about the water situation. Torre was very nice and tried her best to explain and was apologetic. I stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Altamonte but this was the worse experience I've had. I want to be reimbursed for a full day because it was VERY uncomfortable trying to bathe in COLD WATER!!
