Negatives:
When I googled airport hotels with shuttles your hotel showed. When my daughter and five-year-old grandson returned their rental at the airport they discovered that you stopped having a shuttle two years earlier when I called and tried to find a hotel you were not helpful and said that you clearly said you didn’t have a shuttle, and that I would be billed and we’re not helpful in finding a hotel with a shuttle leaving my daughter stranded. Thank goodness for caring people who helped me find a hotel I will not be staying at Hilton again and will be returning my membership card.

Positives:
The place was quiet. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The bathroom sink did not drain well and the sink backed up. Hot water was limited in the shower. On one day it took forever to get hot and on another day I never got hot water. The fire alarm going off at 6am and evacuating the building.
