when I booked the hotel...

It was disgusting and I don’t think it was the maids’s fault. I’m pretty sure I would blame this on the owners not getting work done on this disgusting hotel.

When I called the front desk, off my cell phone, since the room phone didn’t even have a cord connecting it to the jack….i was brought “clean sheets” swiftly.
Negatives:
Website claimed there was free breakfast, all they offer is coffee. Our sheets had brown spots on them and we were given “clean sheets” that had yellow paint on them.
Not to mention the horrible beds. We ordered a king size bed but got two uncomfortable twins over a king box spring and that’s just not the same. We also couldn’t connect to the provided internet. Kept “searching” for a connection.
Will not be coming back to this Rodeway.

The night staff after 11 was very friendly & helpful.
Negatives:
My first room has a puddle of water on the floor and the bathroom light did not work.
My second room was better but you could see straight out the bottom of the door & the curtains did not clover the window fully.
