Hot breakfast buffet was cold! Dirty elevator floors! Front desk did not text me when room was ready and said no one occupied the room so it would be fast. Two hours later, I called & found out it had been ready! Pool & hot tub - heavy chlorine smell!

The rooms were given a mild remodel which was nice.

Pool was too crowded and people put belongings on chairs at sun rise and could not get a chair almost my entire stay, the elevators were broke and took forever to wait on the 1 that worked. Parking garage self park cost way too much and garage was tight

I feel I was over charged. I was charged a $150.00 resort fee. I was told I would be charged $134.00. When I got home my CC was charted another $59.00. I still dont understand it.

Front desk not friendly. They had to keep answering phones while in the middle of checking customers in which made for a long, slow check in process. No water in Lobby. The fountain had no water in it and we were not given bottled water. Needs remodel.

The beach was nice but across the street and narrow and rocky parts. Entrance to beach deck was closed for repair but overall nice.

The maid bothered me at 10 am while I was sleeping every hour asking me when I was checking out and I told her noon already I was checking out the first time she asked That was annoying me.
