Pool was too crowded and people put belongings on chairs at sun rise and could not get a chair almost my entire stay, the elevators were broke and took forever to wait on the 1 that worked. Parking garage self park cost way too much and garage was tight

Front desk not friendly. They had to keep answering phones while in the middle of checking customers in which made for a long, slow check in process. No water in Lobby. The fountain had no water in it and we were not given bottled water. Needs remodel.

The maid bothered me at 10 am while I was sleeping every hour asking me when I was checking out and I told her noon already I was checking out the first time she asked That was annoying me.

Location and view of the ocean. Nice facility and excellent suites. Kasey/ barista is excellent and the omelet guy at breakfast is a s well.

It is older but being renovated by Hilton. The breakfast buffet has been less than exciting vs other Embassy Suites I've visited.

It is currently under signficant rennovations, this was not disclosed when I booked.

The employees were extremely friendly and efficient. From check in, to the restaurant servers, to a need for a plumber for slow working plumbing - they handled their tasks with a smile. It was a full house on Christmas Dabut they took it all in stride.
