Breakfast and parking were not included. You even get free continental reakfast at other hotels…. But not at Bahia Mar!

We upgraded to get the better room and view, the beach was across street, and the market was convenient.
Negatives:
The "resort fee" they throw on you "AFTER" you have paid for your room. The Prices for breakfast were outrageous and the market was a little pricey too

Two outlets and USB charger in room broken. Had to Door Dash at My expense replacement. No bellhop when we got in at 11 pm. Bad for 60 plus people to move heavy bags. Blindsided by 37 dollar per day resort fee

Customer service by the employees.
Negatives:
The out side of the building was under construction this resulting in super loud drilling and grinding noise for hours. And the best thing the hotel could do is have a well worded inconvenience note. I called and they said “yes we left a note for you to read” so where was this note when I was booking and paid $1400 for 3 nights. That wasn’t right and they should have done better than just leaving a note I’ll never come back.
