Falsely claiming to have breakfast. The breakfast was oatmeal, granola bars, and coffee.
After getting her room key, we got in the first room and we found it two roaches . We made complaint to the attendant at the desk, they change our room but unfortunately throughout our stay we found that there was roaches in the second room also .
The bed was very uncomfortable hardly in padding or cushioning on the bed.

The bed sheets hadn’t been changed as there was no duvet, only a single sheet on one of the bed and when we pulled the sheet back there were coins scattered all over the bed.
The breakfast that was included wasn’t a breakfast. There was nothing there!
