The tiki bar and Italian restaurant were great! The location was also tough to beat!
Negatives:
The staff and customer service was very bad. There was always at least a 20 minute wait to get a pool towel- as the people working there were often not there. The beach chair and umbrella rental staff was extremely rude. They ran out of umbrellas.

The rooms are old and outdated, no microwave the toilet needs upgrading. The bed and the headboard kept flapping against the wall. No phones in the room I was charged a resort fee in addition to having to pay $15 per day valet parking only.

Yes. I did not like that the pool closed at dusk. We couldn't even enjoy it on our stay.the hotel&valet staff were excellent, the bar service at the tiki bar was horrible!! We waited over 45 minutes for a server to approach our tab

Every staff member from the front desk to the beach waitress, to all the bartenders and servers, were so friendly! Housekeeping quickly attended to an issue in our room and we were so delighted with the cleanliness of the room. comfy beds!

While the hotel seems a little older, our room felt updated inside-the balcony chairs seemed a little old, with dirty cushions, but if that was the only issue, we will take it! Thin walls- bring white noise apps for your phone! Outlets were not plentiful

I was disappointed with this hotel.They had no help with luggage and no carts.Our room was not an ocean view I ask for and over priced for what we got.The beds are horrible. I was charged a $15.00 resort fee above what I already paid. Not recommended!
