Negatives:
This is my second time at OM and will continue to come back because the location is EVERYTHING! Absolutely gorgeous views and beach access is dreamy.
A few things do need attention: the handle to enter the pool is way too low, especially if you're older or have a disability, the height is hard to navigate getting in or out of the pool, the pool towels are not consistently stocked, depending upon the time of day, there isn't staffing coverage,for these prices, supply two-ply toilet paper. Toilet water pressure is an issue in the rooms, at least on the third floor. The handle is heavy duty and makes a loud flushing sound, but the water level is too low, and to even move TP along, one needs to flush the handle several times.

Gorgeous location with easy beach...
Positives:
We decided to take a 3 generation girls trip for my daughters 24th Bday. Rafael found out that the Grandmother was joining us on vacation and made our stay absolutely wonderful by upgrading us to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front suite! We could not have been more happy with our stay. Everything we needed was right there and we had no need to go anywhere. Thank you Rafael and Ocean Manor Beach Hotel for a wonderful visit full of memories that we will cherish a lifetime. We will certainly be back.
