Older and could use a good facelift. Room was not like on pictures. A lot of what was in the advertisement was not available (for example the turtle laying night tour described was not heard of by staff). We were charged a parking fee of $20 per day due to booking with Hotels.com. VERY UNREASONABLE! Beds were wet/damp and musky smell in room. AND … biggest disappointment of all was the balcony!!! There wasn’t one? A balcony door that led you to nothing? Other buildings did have one. .. but I felt treated poorly/differently due to booking from Hotels.com..and not directly through the resort. Could never get to lounge by pool - not enough beach chairs in that area at all!

When we walked in, it felt like a backpacker’s hostel rather than a 4 star hotel.
Middle of the night we we had some intruders trying to push our door and come in, apparently they were some next door people who had connecting door with our room. Luckily we had locked the door.
Not a nice area, away from everything.
Quite expensive for what it was.

Excellent location steps from the beach. Loved the convenience of the onsite coffee/deli bar and CVS,Publix and restaurants right across the street. Great beach service (chairs/umbrellas/towels and bar service)+ pool and bar/restaurant.
Negatives:
The rooms are okay but the ac was loud and hard to regulate. The carpet needed cleaning and our maid service was not consistent. Ask for a room with ocean view - makes a big difference. Need to add table to the balconies.

Large comfortable room and bed, cleaned daily, towels and loungers provided at beach though insufficient numbers. Coffee shop and staff were excellent, trying to make up for deficiencies elsewhere. Parking very convenient.
Negatives:
Lots, no coffee and tea makng in the room, breakfast on first day was cold, not served positively, after first day went elsewhere thereafter, eg coffee and sandwich in coffee shop, but which closed at 17.00. Unexpectantly, beach is across the street, not enough pool loungers around pool.
