It wasn’t dirty. It sufficed for the two nights I used it for.
Negatives:
The room stated that it was soundproof when booking and I also requested to be away from other guests. Walls were thin and I was surrounded by multiple guests. I was on third floor and not only heard guests in every other room but also guests 3 floors down in the pool. I had a pet with me that would bark at every little noise heard. Will not be booking again due to lying over soundproof rooms.

It needs to be disclosed that the city of Ft Myers has a deal with local charities for this to be a homeless shelter and voucher location. While this is a wonderful thing, the beds and rooms had a most awful smell and below subpar type cleanliness & conditions. We had to leave due to this not being ideal on a personal health type situation.
Negatives:
There are apparent drug dealers and prostitution offerings in the back parking lot; safety was of immediate concern. This is also a homeless shelter.

Location was short drive to downtown.
Negatives:
There were countless problems with this hotel. First, there were obvious prostitutes and pimps working the back parking lot. And a couple of homeless guys. Second, the room was advertised as smoke free and it reeked of smoke. Third, the night manager threw a fit when I requested a room change. The guy became seriously unhinged and made me wonder whether he was on a substance. Seriously scared my teenage son. Fourth, the breakfast is not a buffet but a sit down and was advertised to start at 6:30 but nobody showed up until 6:45 and then the server explained it would take 20 minutes to receive an order. Me and many other guests were thoroughly annoyed at having to skip the breakfast we all paid for!

Easy check in with courtesy staff. Quiet room. Comfortable bed.
Negatives:
No hairdryer in bathroom but one was obtained. The room was clean but the hallway carpet sorely needed to be vacuumed.
