Rooms are very damp & humid; so much that the bedding was wet & had to change rooms. 2nd room was a bit better but still humid; we were told a dehumidifier would come but it never did. Also, hotel is a 3 star at best and is in no way a 4 star.

The floors in the room were filthy. Red spots on the ceiling not sure what that was was charged for drinks that I never purchased but they did refund back

Clean, cool, quiet room, even though we were poolside. Im sure there were many amenities we didnt take advantage of as we were just collapsing from air travel snarl ups, although I was tempted by the transportation into town.

This hotel, like most all others in the area, levies a long list of additional fees, charges and taxes atop the published cost of the room. For us that worked out to an additional 33% over $100. added to the bill. All costs should be clear upfront.

The gentleman at the bar was very rude and the hotel was too far away from everything. We took the shuttle down a few times but mostly took an UBER because shuttle was full.

Staff was wonderful! Lobby, pool and bar were 4 star. Id give the rooms a 3. Needs some work but we were there only one night and it was great for that. Safe and quiet. Shuttle was fantastic!

The first room we were given had a strong, moldy smell. The phone did not work. The second room was better, but the pictures on the website were much nicer than the actual hotel.
