I think the staff was Friendly and helpful, the people were also Friendly...our room was clean, had all amenities listed on thier website, truly enjoyed the pool and lazy river

I booked the hotel through booking.com and because thier was no military discount offered by booking.com the hotel itself could not give me my husband, who always gets a military discount, I wasn't happy that they only offered coffee in the morning and if we ate breakfast it was an additional 30 dollars for my husband and myself.

I did not like that the restaurant on site is closed for lunch and dinner. It serves a breakfast buffet that's cold and has powdered eggs. I did not like that the Saturday afternoon lady tries to scam everyone to get a 40 % tip in the bar . She does not give you a receipt so you don't know 20 % is already charged and you give her another tip. When I questioned it she said it said it at bottom of menu in small print. I informed her people don't notice it and she needs to give a receipt so you can see it. Lots of people were not aware. They are not honest and that alone would stop me from going back there

ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE and spacious. STaff was friendly. Ice machine was conveniently located. Parking is free AND the hotel didn't have an odor.
Negatives:
Stood in line for an hr to check in. SUGGESTION IS HAVE YOUR OVERNIGHT STAFF PRINT ALL CHECK IN REGISTRATIONS for the day AND make keys to PAPERCLIPPED TO REGISTRATIONS FOR FASTER SERVICE so we can check in sign do deposit and bounce it WAS JUST RIDICULOUS and I had a pillow with black stains on it just make sure all linen is clean.
