Vivian was very nice.
Negatives:
There was no hand towels at all, the 2nd night we was left fresh bath towels but no wash clothes and again no hand towels. The 2nd night we came back to hotel to find it surrounded but the police. Was terrified to go in. Had probably 15 police cars there and people in handcuffs. Very scary. They also charge a deposit after you get there.

I didn't have the breakfast but it looked pretty basic.

My bed had plastic wrapped around it like it was brand new and they forgot to take it off. I asked for 12 checkout and told no cuz I'm not choice member so I left early. My room was handicap so it had big shower with handheld sprayer which didn't have anywhere to hang above my head while showering.

Negatives:
The king bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. No tissue to blow nose. Breakfast was minimal but what do you expect for a low priced hotel. We were by a small courtyard which was noisy late into the night.
