Positives:
The staff was very nice. The room was clean and seemed recently painted to look fresh. The furniture was older and had a dated look, but, was ok for one night if going to Walt Disney World, because it was very close to the entrance on the same road. Good place to sleep if you are at Disney all day. Also, close to I-4 for easy access to go one way or another. The room was large and the TV was small. It had a working refrigerator, which is always nice. It had a coffee maker and microwave, large closet, and a small table for two to eat at. I ate in my room.
Negatives:
They are calling this hotel a "Resort", which I would not say it is. It does have a pool with a Tiki Bar and hot tub, but the restaurant is attached to the hotel outside and is an Applebee's. Convenient, but not a resort restaurant. It also has a small game room and a movie theater for kids, but not a fancy resort. There was one elevator working by my room and it was slow. I could not find an ice machine on my floor, and no Valet to assist like a resort.

One of the staff members, Allie, such a sweetheart and genuine personality, her energy was amazing, you could tell it wasnt cause she "had to put it on", her natural aura. The pool also was awesome.

The receptionist who checked me in was quite dismissive and I felt quite humiliated. My room was on the 2nd floor and the pathway she directed me was via the laundry room rather than the pool side which were what every guest was using. She was unable to understand English very well. There was no water provided in the room. The beds were quite hard- there were no usb ports for charging mobiles. I will definitely not stay in this particular property ever again.
