It was in a great location. Shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was very convenient and good.

Room 425 had a hole on the bathroom door.The elevator was broken.

The staff! The location! The room! Maria at the front desk went over and above when I made a reservation mistake. Also when our plans changed and had to add a day. The food service people were so pleasant as were the cleaning staff.
Negatives:
The only thing was the pet fee was confusing. Our last trips there was no charge for pets now 20$/night.

The location is good.
Negatives:
The hotel was under construction. Understandable construction as it needs repairs. . The elevator door didnt close before moving the first night we were there. It worked 1 day during our stay, beds were not comfortable and very worn. Not clean.
Negatives:
One of the elevators was out. The key was not keyed in correctly and we had to go back to the checkin area one more time before it worked correctly. Otherwise, OK

I spoke with the Gm and left early a day early after coming back from A wedding to find a cockroach crawling on the floor. it was a small one - German roach that just made me uncomfortable. if there is one there are so many more. I am still awaiting .

I am still awaiting my refund since I had to leave a day early and drive home at midnight.
