Positives: The staff! The location! The room! Maria at the front desk went over and above when I made a reservation mistake. Also when our plans changed and had to add a day. The food service people were so pleasant as were the cleaning staff.
Negatives: The only thing was the pet fee was confusing. Our last trips there was no charge for pets now 20$/night.

Positives: The location is good.
Negatives: The hotel was under construction. Understandable construction as it needs repairs. . The elevator door didnt close before moving the first night we were there. It worked 1 day during our stay, beds were not comfortable and very worn. Not clean.

Positives: I spoke with the Gm and left early a day early after coming back from A wedding to find a cockroach crawling on the floor. it was a small one - German roach that just made me uncomfortable. if there is one there are so many more. I am still awaiting .
Negatives: I am still awaiting my refund since I had to leave a day early and drive home at midnight.

Positives: Spacious rooms and check in was easy.
